Icediving on the wreck of Carl Göran
| Ice dive from Hell. Christmas period in 2001 was really cold but we decided to make an ice dive just before new years day (30.12.2001) anyway. Temperature was -18C and wind made it even worse. From 6 divers only half succeeded diving - others had equipment problems. I spent 20 minutes below the ice which was just nice but everything froze immediately when I left the water and I had to wait for the others to finish for a few hours before we left.. Will I do it again? Yep. |
