More Silfra and Ruusu (Rose)


Dived two more dives in Silfra. It was a cloudy day but Silfra is always great - one of the best dives sites in the world. After diving we moved our camp to Husafell.

We left Keflavik on late Monday and went to Reykjavik for a short visit. It's a nice town and needs more time but we could only spend there a couple of hours before going on to back to Thingvellir. Next day we dived Silfra again twice. See the video (coming soon :-) or experience it in first hand to understand the place. Words cannot really describe it.





We took a "shortcut" from Thingvellir to Husafell -road F550. Ville had some fun with his Range but I had to be a bit more careful because of the heavy load we had in Subaru. Both cars are still alive and well..





We arrived to Husafell camping area in late tuesday. Lonely planet describes it as "the dude ranch in Iceland". We decided to finally have round of Ruusu (Rose) and TT Salo won the game and is right now polishing his price.
